1. The Service

VerifiedBusinessReviews provides a platform where users can read and publish reviews of businesses, and list businesses for review. The Service is provided “as is” and may change over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password confidential.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Reviews & content rules

When submitting reviews or listings, you agree that:

• Your content reflects your genuine experience and opinion.
• You will not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, misleading, or spam.
• You will not post fake reviews, incentivized reviews that aren't disclosed, or reviews of your own business.
• You will not include other people's private data in public content.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your submitted content on the Service.

4. Moderation

We may review, flag, or remove content that violates these terms, and may suspend accounts that abuse the platform. Content reported by users is queued for human review.

5. Business information

Business profiles may include publicly available information (name, address, phone, website, hours, ratings). Businesses may request corrections via our contact page.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's design, logo, and software are our property. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license in Section 3.

7. Disclaimers

Reviews are the opinions of their authors, not of VerifiedBusinessReviews. We do not verify every review and do not endorse any business listed. Ratings and listings are for informational purposes only — do your own research before making decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifiedBusinessReviews is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its content.

9. Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk downloading, or automated access to the Service without written permission.
• No attempts to disrupt or compromise the Service or other users' accounts.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
